The well at Mediggo

This well was built at Mediggo was dug over 2700 years ago near the time of King Ahab. It goes down over 100 feet and then tunnels across another 150 feet to get the spring. Mediggo (which is where we get the word Armageddon) is a city that is on a hill. There are 26 civilizations that were built here which literally caused the mountain to rise up. Water is crucial to the city so this deep tunnel was built that allowed them to access the spring outside the city
